DIY Halloween Costumes: Cher from Clueless

Clueless is a classic. While it may not have the strongest plot, the characters and dialogue are iconic, and it’s just a fun film to watch. It’s also a movie about the social experiences of women at a time in history when those things were very different from those of today. So in a way, it’s a timeless tale about the way we have, and could, change.

If you don’t know the movie Clueless , then you probably don’t know how to dress like the character Cher . This iconic red-head from the late 90’s was the epitome of fashion in a simple tank top, short skirt, tube-top, and peep-toed stilettos. To show how easy it is to make a costume, I’ve made my own version of the classic outfit .
